ESI asbestos services include, but are not limited to:

  • Asbestos sampling
  • Laboratory analysis (partner laboratory is NATA accredited)
  • Asbestos management plans
  • Building surveys
  • Asbestos audits (pre-demolition and refurbishment)

  • Site specific asbestos reports and registers
  • Asbestos clearance inspections and certificates
  • Asbestos air monitoring (work in progress, clearance and/or reassurance)
  • Superintending asbestos removal works (both friable and non- friable)
  • Labelling of asbestos materials

 Hazardous Materials

We also have the capability to conduct full Hazardous Building Materials Audits. This service, if required, would typically be conducted in conjunction with and Asbestos Audit and include the following materials:

  • Lead based paints
  • Polychlorinated biphenyl’s (PCBs)
  • Synthetic mineral fibres (SMF)
  • Ozone depleting substances.
